Our mission is to increase adult and childhood literacy in Lumpkin County.  Lumpkin Literacy hosts fundraising events and proudly supports our community partners in their efforts to promote learning. We assist Community Helping Place with their "Well Read Well Fed" summer program and the library with the  Family Read-in initiative.  Other events we are involved with, througout the year, include our work with  Lumpkin County Schools and Lanier Technical College.
